According to Bhatia, Ranbir Kapoor performs his daily grind in the gym, every five times a week, whenever he is town. The actor commences his training with a circuit training and a 10-minute cardio session. Ranbir Kapoor engages in an extensive abs, chest, shoulder, biceps, triceps and legs workout. The actor also undergoes pull-ups and crunches to further shape up his form.
