The couple is all set to share screen space again in the film, 83. The film will have Ranveer Singh playing the role of the legendary cricketer Kapil Dev. His off-screen wife Deepika Padukone will be essaying the role of his reel wife, Romi Dev in the film. The film will be helmed by Kabir Khan. The movie will be releasing in April 2020. The film also stars Tahir Raj Bhasin, Pankaj Tripathi, Harrdy Sandhu and Saqib Saleem in pivotal roles.
