Wishing Rishi and his wife Neetu Kapoor, who was staying with the actor, a safe trip, Anupam Kher tweeted that he has mixed feelings as the couple leaves the city for home. Anupam who used to meet the couple in New York often is going to miss them 'terribly'. Previously, Anupam had shared a picture of the couple as he hosted a dinner for them.

Rishi Kapoor's health:
Rishi Kapoor moved to New York owing to his treatment for cancer. During his stay in the West, he is visited by a slew of Bollywood celebrities including Karan Johar, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Deepika Padukone, Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra, Sonali Bendre, and Javed Akhtar. The actor recently attended the launch of Anupam Kher's autobiography 'Lessons Life Taught Me, Unknowingly' along with wife Neetu Kapoor in New York.
Rishi Kapoor's work front:
Rishi Kapoor was last seen in the film, 'Jhootha Kahin Ka' on July 19, and that was his comeback to the big screens after 'Kapoor & sons', that released in 2017. He also made his Netflix debut with the film, 'Rajma Chawal'.
The film revolves around a chaotic, vibrant area of Chandni Chowk in Delhi and captures the relationship between a father attempting to reconnect with his estranged son through social media. Touted as a emotional roller-coaster ride, Rishi Kapoor plays the role of Raj Mathur, the father along with Amyra Dastur, Aparshakti Khurana and Anirudh Tanwar in his debut role as Kabir Mathur, the son.
