Saif Ali Khan's biggest Box Office duds so far
Sanam Teri Kasam
Saif Ali Khan is part of the 2009 movie Sanam Teri Kasam alongside Pooja Bhatt. It is directed by Lawrence D’Souza. The story is about a love triangle between Saif, Pooja and Atul Agnihotri’s characters. The movie is claimed as a ‘disaster’ by Box Office India, as its overall collection was a mere amount of just ₹ 7 Lakhs.
Humshakals
The movie Humshakals is a Sajid Khan-directed movie which is a 2014 release. The movie stars Saif along with Riteish Deshmukh, Ram Kapoor, Bipasha Basu and Tamannaah Bhatia. This comedy is centred around Saif, Riteish and Ram, all of whom have two lookalikes each. The movie was supposed to be a comedy of errors, but the biggest error was probably the movie itself. Even though collections for the first day was ₹ 10 crores, the collections dropped to just a total of ₹ 52.73 crores overall.
Rangoon
Rangoon is a 2017 release, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. The movie stars Kangana Ranaut and Shahid Kapoor alongside Saif. Saif plays the role of an abusive film producer who is madly in love with Julia (Kangana). With such a renowned director and a great bunch of actors, the movie could only collect ₹ 41.04 crores at the box office.
Saif Ali Khan’s next movie is Laal Kaptaan which will release on October 18. He is also working on Jawaani Jaaneman alongside Tabu and Pooja Bedi’s daughter Alaia Furniturewalla. The movie is directed by Nitin Kakkar. Saif will be playing Aalia’s father in the movie.
