Salman Khan and Randeep Hooda to collaborate in the film Radhe?

Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda is reportedly roped in to play the main antagonist opposite the Salman Khan starrer Radhe. The film has been in the buzz right since its inception and the makers have now roped in Randeep to be a part of the star cast. Interestingly, Salman and Randeep have shared the screen space earlier in films like Sultan and Kick. According to media reports, Randeep will be essaying the role of the antagonist in the movie. The actor liked his part in the film and agreed to be a part of it. This will also be the first time that the Highway actor will be playing a negative character.

The mahurat shot of Radhe is scheduled for this Friday

Reportedly, Salman and Randeep share a great cameraderie with each other, having worked together in the previous films. The actor will start shooting for the film from this year. The mahurat shot for the movie is reportedly scheduled for Friday and will be shot in Lonavala. Randeep will also be seen in the Imtiaz Ali directorial film which will also star Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan in the lead role. Salman Khan also played the character, Radhe in the film, Tere Naam. His fans were speculating that the film could be a sequel to Tere Naam. 

The film will be directed by Prabhudeva

But Salman Khan recently put these rumors to rest and spoke about this during the trailer launch of Dabangg 3. Salman reportedly revealed that Radhe was just his character's name in the films Tere Naam and Wanted. He went on to say that this film is a totally different movie. He added that this film has no connection to any of his previous films. However, he said that the film Radhe will turn out to be the 'baap' of Wanted. The movie will be helmed by Prabhudeva. The director has earlier worked with Salman in films like Wanted and Dabangg 3. The film is produced by Sohail Khan. The much-awaited movie is slated to release on Eid next year.
