Salman Khan's Chulbul Pandey back, actor to promote film in cop gear

Salman Khan recently took to social media and made a special announcement about his upcoming film, Dabangg 3. Interestingly, he also revealed that he will promote the film in character and as Chulbul Pandey.

The video begins with close up shots of Chulbul’s police uniform, his name tag and the iconic moustache. “Kamaal karte ho Pandey Ji. Jab Chulbul Pandey se jude hain poore India ke emotions toh Salman Khan kyu karege Dabangg ke promotions? Picture humari, poster humara...toh promote bhi toh hum hi karege na? (What is this Pandey Ji. When entire India’s emotions are tied to Chulbul Pandey, why should Salman Khan be the one to promote the film. The film is mine, poster in mine then I should promote it as well),” he says in the video.

About the film: 

Dabangg 3 is the third installment of the Dabangg franchise and is directed by Prabhu Deva. Kalank actress Sonakshi Sinha will be reviving her role as Chubul Pandey’s wife Rajjo. Arbaaz Khan will once again play Makkhi Pandey, Chubul Pandey’s brother. Salman Khan and Arbaaz Khan will jointly produce the film. The first installment was directed by Anurag Kashyap’s brother Abhinav Kashyap and the second installment was directed by Arbaaz Khan.

Salman introduces Saiee Manjrekar

A few days ago, Salman Khan and Saiee Manjrekar performed at the festive night of IIFA  Awards 2019. During an interaction with the media, Salman said that a few years ago he introduced Sonakshi to Dabangg and now introduces Saiee Manjrekar in Dabangg 3. And today, Salman Khan took social media to post a photo with Saiee Manjrekar while shooting the film. The photo shows Salman Khan standing next to Saiee Manjrekar.
