Rangoli in a series of tweets expressed her concern for Hrithik Roshan's sister Sunaina's safety and wrote: "Right now my biggest worry is that Sunaina’s phone is off and she is not reachable, God knows what they are did to her ... i am really scared for her ..." [sic]

Rangoli on Thursday morning also retaliated to trade analyst Kamaal R Khan's tweet (which he has now deleted) and claimed by saying: "How funny is that how’s Sunaina helping or getting justice to Kangana? Kangana has got herself justice and closed that chapter long ago, Sunaina is crying all the time and asking KR for help and telling Kangana that she will commit suicide....(contd) contd)...Her family is full of criminals so Kangana wants to make sure they don’t harm her and take care of her, can you please explain how is Sunaina helping Kangana?"

The ugly spat between two Bollywood celeb families that started with Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut three years ago escalated on Wednesday with their sisters at the centre-stage of controversy. 

Kangana's sister Rangoli Chandel claimed that Hrithik's sister Sunaina was being mistreated by her family. Sunaina Roshan in interview with an entertainment portal confirmed the details shared by Rangoli on her Twitter handle and said that she is living in 'hell as usual' and that she is aware that Rangoli tweeted and confirmed that the details tweeted by her were the truth and she wants the truth  to come out. 'I am fine with her tweeting', Sunaina said and further revealed that she will be meeting Rangoli and Kangana as they are helping her bring justice. 'I know this stance of mine will go against me but I don’t care…', Sunaina said.

Revealing more details about the man Sunaina Roshan is in love with, she said that her father (Rakesh Roshan) slapped her and told her that the Muslim guy Sunaina is in love with is a terrorist. But Hrithik Roshan's sister said: "Ruhail isn’t. If he was one, would he go scot-free and work in the media? Wouldn’t he have been behind bars?They don’t want me to meet him. I don’t know about marriage but right now I want to be with Ruhail. Just because he is Muslim, they cannot accept him. If he was a terrorist, why would he be open in the media? Why would he be all over Google?."
