Sushmita Sen's daughter's poem on adoption leaves actress in tears
Sushmita Sen in the latest Instagram post shared a video where her youngest daughter Alisah can be seen narrating her poem on adoption. Watch the video below-
Famous for her whimsical attitude and motivating public speeches, Sushmita Sen is considered as one of the most-loved actors of the country. From winning the title of Miss Universe at the age of 18 to being a mother at 25, after adopting her daughter Renee. After a few years, she adopted Alisah and the trio shares a lovely bond and the actress's Instagram page is filled with sweet pictures of them. Recently, Sen shared a video where her youngest daughter was seen narrating a poem she had written on adoption. "You gave life in such a way, that you saved one", is an excerpt from Alisah's poem.

About the actress:
Sushmita Sen has had a successful career in Bollywood after winning the coveted Miss Universe title in the year 1994. She made her debut in Mahesh Bhatt's 1996 film, Dastak. Her first Bollywood success was the 1999 film, Biwi No.1, for which she fetched the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress. Since then, Sushmita has done quite a few commercially successful films, such as Main Hoon Na, Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya, Aankhen, etc. Her last Bollywood release was No Problem, released in 2010. In 2015, Sushmita did a Bengali film called Nirbaak.
On the work front:
Sushmita Sen in an interview said that she has been reading scripts for over a year now and feels ready to commit for six months to a film. "But, just because I am ready, doesn't mean the perfect script is ready for me," she had said. Sushmita Sen was last seen in 'Dulha Mil Gaya' (2010), a Bollywood romantic comedy film. The film was directed by Mudassar Aziz and starred Fardeen Khan and Ishita Sharma in the lead roles. Shah Rukh Khan also made a special appearance in the film and was seen romancing Sen.
