But the celebrity had a fan girl moment when she encountered Lilly Singh walking down the same carpet. The two influential women had quite a lot to talk about how much they admire each other.

Lilly Singh’s fan club Team Super Mumbai posted a video of Taapsee and Lily’s talk at the red carpet before posing for the cameras. Taapsee tweeted on the post almost instantly, “I am a fan! #FanMoment.” Lilly Singh's content has always been relatable and funny. Lilly was ranked tenth on the Forbes list of the world's highest-paid YouTube stars, earning a reported $10.5 million.

On the other hand, Taapsee has been occupied in the promotion of her upcoming Bollywood film Saand Ki Aankh. Taapsee won accolades for her performance in the courtroom drama Pink hit the box office. The actor has done commercially successful movies like Judwaa 2, Badla and Mission Mangal.

She also reportedly gave a heart-touching speech while accepting an award at the occasion.
