About the movie

In the movie, Zaira Wasim's character Aisha is diagnosed with a rare genetic disease passed on from her parents soon after her birth. Her parents go through everything to make sure that their daughter is alive. They go against all odds for her well-being. The film is a heartbreaking tale about how the family stays away from each other and then bonds amidst their fight to save Aisha.
This film received a standing ovation at the Toronto International Film Festival for all right reasons. The film is said to be Priyanka Chopra’s comeback after her last Bollywood film Bajirao Mastani in 2015. The actor is starring with Farhan Akhtar after their first project together, Dil Dhadakne Do.
