But just imagine, how tough it could be for her if amid all these duties, she has to face a battle of her own. Sonali Bendre Behl recently faced such a situation when she was diagnosed with cancer. However, the actress came up trumps against the dreaded C-word. Sameera Reddy, who is set to become a mother for the second time, lauded this ‘powerful warrior’, who she termed as an ‘amazing mother’ to teenage son Ranveer, and is her inspiration for her determination ahead of Mother’s Day. The actress wrote, “And in this one year Sonali has gone through so much and come out such a winner. She has been an amazing mother to Ranveer and i am sure it was tough on him and her husband with the sudden shock of being diagnosed. I can only imagine what they went through.” The ‘Race’ star also posted another picture of her look after Sonali lost hair during the cancer treatment, alongside her son. She differentiated between the two to write how the latter had gone from that phase to a powerful warrior, more graceful and courageous. Sameera concluded that Sonali’s determination is what she wants to learn from on Mother’s Day.
