Tiger talks about criticism and his roles in the film
While talking to a leading newspaper, Tiger Shroff said that his audience does not respond well to his experimentation of roles. Like in Student of the Year 2, he was seen bullied by college kids and his role in the film was not appreciated by his fans. He further went on saying that SOTY 2 recovered his money but did not fare well as they had hoped for. He also had a lot of feedback on the script and his director Ahmed and producer Sajid Nadiadwala were kind enough in hearing his suggestions. Tiger Shroff further goes on expressing his views as he says that in today’s day and age, everyone is so competitive that an actor needs to push his limits to the maximum. He also mentions that he cannot be compared to anyone in his generation and the genre of films he does. He adds saying that he would never dare to compete with Varun Dhawan or Ranveer Singh, as he cannot do comedy like them. He ends the interview by saying that he is happy where he is and chooses his role that displays his acting abilities.
On the work front, Tiger Shroff will be seen in interesting films like Baaghi 3 and Rambo. The film Baaghi 3 is directed by Ahmed Khan and will star Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh. The film is expected to release on March 2020. On the other hand, he will star in the film Rambo which will be directed by Siddharth Anand, the film is still in its pre-production stage.
