Tiger Shroff who is currently basking the success of 'War' recently took to Twitter to reply to a  young fan, who was quite upset with Hrithik and Shroff fighting with each other during the film. Calling her Shroff's biggest fan, the father of the 4-year-old fan stated that a Hi from the actor would definitely make her day. To which, the 'Baaghi' star replied to it saying that he would love to meet her soon and that he does not want her to be sad.

War didn’t exactly receive the most favourable reviews from critics, but the audiences have gone in big numbers to the theatres on Gandhi Jayanti, a national holiday, on Wednesday.  That has resulted in the movie minting Rs 53.35 crore, as per trade analyst Taran Adarsh. It beat the record of Aamir Khan-Amitabh Bachchan’s Thugs of Hindostan which had earned Rs 52.25 crore on Diwali last year.

Box office:

According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the box office collection of War for the first day was Rs. 53 Crore. According to a news portal, the movie has got the highest opening day numbers of 2019. It also broke the record of the first-day collection by Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan’s 2018 movie Thugs of Hindustan. This successful feat of the movie could be because of the quirky way the movie was promoted. The excitement to see Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan in a movie together might have enticed the audiences to go watch the movie. War is directed by Siddharth Anand and reportedly has action sequences that are never seen before in Bollywood.
