'Uri: The Surgical Strike' starring Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam was one of the biggest hits of the year. The film released on January 11 and garnered appreciation from critics and the audiences. Helmed by Aditya Dhar and produced by Ronnie Screwvala, the film is continuing to make money at the box office. As the film completed 100 days in the theatres, film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and wrote, "While *most films* run out of fuel in 10 days, #Uri completes 100 days in theatres... An achievement that's extremely rare in today's times. #UriTheSurgicalStrike."

‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’, also starring Yami Gautam, Paresh Rawal, Mohit Raina, among others, is produced by Ronnie Screwvala. The movie is based on the surgical strikes carried out by the Indian Army over terrorist camps in Pakistan in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir’s Uri in 2016.
Meanwhile, The ‘Josh’ is set to get high again as the blockbuster team of ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ is coming back! It has been confirmed that actor-director-producer trio, Vicky Kaushal-Aditya Dhar-Ronnie Screwvala are reuniting on a film based on the mythological character Ashwatthama.
Ashwatthama is a character in the Mahabharata who was among the key figures representing Kauravas in the Kurukshetra War against the Pandavas. It goes without saying that Vicky will be playing the lead character.
