Urvashi Rautela slams at her ex-publicist, accuses him of trying to assassinate her character

Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela has hit out at her ex-publicist for allegedly maligning her image and media outlets for publishing news about her personal life which she says is untrue. In an elaborate Twitter post, the actress levelled allegations of her own at her former publicist (Kapil Mishra) who has been in jail over blackmailing charges. "It's really sad how cheap people go in assassinating people's character when you discontinue their service", read an excerpt from her post.

In another tweet, she wrote that her team 'literally forced' her to take a stand on the issue. She concluded the post by saying, "Positivity and kindness always". 

As per Rautela's team, Kapil Mishra not only targeted Urvashi for his personal grievances but also published wrong news to malign her personal manager (Prashant Appu's) image, who her team called the 'most obedient' professional in the industry. Rautela's team added that Mishra had been taken off the team after he tried committing 'deceitful' damage to her career.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Urvashi's next film is directed by Anees Bazmee and titled 'Pagalpanti'. The movie features Anil Kapoor, John Abraham, Ileana D'Cruz, Arshad Warsi, Pulkit Samrat, Kriti Kharbanda and Saurabh Shukla in pivotal roles.
