Varun Dhawan is one of the most prominent actors in the film Industry. Varun grew up dreaming to be an actor. He started his film career with Student of the Year which became an instant success. Varun gained immense popularity for his physique and good looks. He made a unique mark for himself with his abilities of dancing, acting prowess, and moreover an impeccably toned body. Workout Regime of Varun Dhawan
Varun works out five days a week. He trains each day for about 90 minutes. However, after every 7 months, he takes a huge break of 15 days. This is to rest his body from the training that he puts it through. His actual work out begins with a simple warm-up of about 10 to 15 minutes. Varun has many ways in which he chooses to warm up, it could be swimming, jogging, running etc. Varun specifically loves swimming and he chooses to swim daily for a few minutes. Varun’s work out plan is a mix of different exercises. His trainer has a dedicated pattern that he follows for Varun’s workouts. It includes freestyle exercise, weight lifting and heavy-duty cardio. Especially for weight lifting Varun never exceeds beyond 25 to 30 kg. In his exercises he continuously swaps between heavy to light and light to heavyweights.
Diet Plan
Varun has a protein-rich breakfast as it is very essential to build and develop his muscles. He has dishes like an omelette, a sandwich made with whole heat grains, oatmeal etc. For lunch, the actor has a simple lunch that consists of 3 chapattis, vegetables like broccoli, steam brown rice and chicken. He very specifically prefers to have baked chicken to cut down on unnecessary fat. He prefers having dishes that are rich in natural omega fatty acids and are nutritious. Varun has mixed vegetables and grilled fish in the night for his dinner. He has a cup of green tea later. Varun dedicatedly eats a meal every two to three hours. So apart from the three meals he often snacks at regular intervals. His snack breaks too are nutritious comprising with fruits and smoothies.
