Varun Dhawan, Sara Ali Khan's 'Coolie No.1' sets hit by a fire tragedy
A massive fire broke out in Mumbai on the sets of 'Coolie No.1'. The fire is said to have started at around 12:30 am when firefighters rushed to the scene.

Bollywood filmmaker David Dhawan is currently remaking his arguably most popular film, ‘Coolie No 1’ and the adaptation of the timeless comedy stars his son Varun Dhawan and current sensation Sara Ali Khan in the lead. While the film often makes headlines, with every new update that surfaces, the sets of 'Coolie No.1 ' were recently hit by a tragedy.
Massive fire breaks out on sets:
As per reports, a massive fire broke out in Mumbai on the sets of 'Coolie No.1'. The fire is said to have started at around 12:30 am when firefighters and the police rushed to the Goregaon Filmistan studio, and as per inputs neither the team nor any of the actors were hurt in the fire.
'Coolie No.1' goes plastic:
Varun Dhawan's upcoming movie 'Coolie No. 1' has become the first Bollywood film to go plastic-free, producer of the movie Deepshikha DDeshmukh announced recently stating that it was a team initiative.

The original film:
The original film starred Govinda and Karisma Kapoor in the lead and was directed by Varun's father and filmmaker David Dhawan. As per media reports, David has reunited with filmmaker Vashu Bhagnani for the project which is scheduled to go on floors on in August, this year. While David is all set to return as the director, Vashu Bhagnani, who bankrolled the 1995 classic comedy, will also produce the upcoming venture.
This will be the second collaboration of Varun Dhawan with father David Dhawan after the 2017 hit film 'Judwaa 2'.
