Vicky is on a roll these days, and he has been a part of some record-breaking films like Uri: The Surgical Strike, Raazi, and Sanju. But did you know that Vicky Kaushal has a younger brother named Sunny Kaushal who started his career in Bollywood before Vicky?

Vicky Kaushal is a son of Sham Kaushal who was a stuntman and a subsequent action director in Bollywood and mother Veena Kaushal. Vicky, in an interview with a leading newspaper, stated that he and his family used to live in a chawl located in Suburban Mumbai. He further stated that his father wanted him to have a stable career and thus Vicky pursued an engineering degree. Vicky realised that he does not see himself working as an engineer and thus started his career in Bollywood by working as an assistant director to Anurag Kashyap for the film Gangs of Wasseypur, which he revealed in an interview with another leading newspaper.
But Sunny Kaushal, the younger brother of Vicky Kaushal, began his career in Bollywood before his elder brother as an assistant director in 2011. Sunny worked as an assistant director to Raaghav Dar for the film My Friend Pinto. Sunny also assisted Ali Abbas Zafar for the film Gunday which released in 2014.
Sunny Kaushal came into the limelight after he starred in the movie titled Gold which released in 2018 alongside the "Khiladi Kumar of Bollywood" Akshay Kumar. Sunny will next be seen in the movie titled Bhangra Paa Le along with Rukshar Dhillon. The trailer of the movie has been released and is scheduled to hit the silver screens on November 15, 2019.
On the other hand, Vicky Kaushal will next be seen in a horror movie under the banner Dharma Productions titled Bhoot-Part One: A Haunted Ship. The movie also stars Bhumi Pednekar and is helmed by Bhanu Pratap Singh. It is slated to release next year on February 21, 2020.
