On April 4, Madame Tussauds Sydeny opened its doors officially for an exciting 'Lights, Camera, Bollywood Experience'.

The new zone has wax statues of Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Shah Rukh Khan on a movie production set where you could grab an Indian outfits, learn a few Bollywood steps and give your performance of a lifetime! Retired Australian Cricket Player Brett Lee who took the first exclusive tour told an international portal, “The Madame Tussauds – Lights, Camera Bollywood experience is incredible. It’s truly like stepping backstage in a Bollywood production set alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra Jonas.”

With a wax statue in Sydney, Priyanka Chopra has become the only actress ever to have four wax statues — in New York City, London and Asia.

In an interview, Mark Connolly, General Manager at Madame Tussauds Sydney, said, “Bollywood is regularly requested – by locals, international visitors from India and from guests from around the world. We knew it was time to bring Bollywood to Sydney. Bollywood is the world’s largest and most vibrant film industry and Lights, Camera, Bollywood at Madame Tussauds brings that electricity to the attraction. After seeing how much Brett Lee enjoyed his experience in the new zone and seeing how alike he thought Shah Rukh Khan’s figure was, I’m even more excited to see the response from guests. From learning Bollywood dance moves to performing on stage and recreating iconic movie scenes – I know it will bring a real buzz!”
