War - first-day movie reviews: Here are initial reactions from viewers

War movie starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff released on October 2, 2019. The film was the most awaited action-thriller of this year. The fans of both Tiger, as well as Hrithik, were eagerly waiting for the release of War. The movie is directed by Siddharth Anand and bankrolled by Yash Raj Films. The movie released in three languages, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. War movie will be clashing with historical film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy which seems like tough competition for both the movies.

The film is released on the occasion of Gandhi Jayani, October 2, which is a National holiday. The films that are released on a national holiday are usually expected to do exceptionally well at the box office. War movie had a massive opening at the box Office with its advance bookings. Film critic Sumit Kadel tweeted the advance booking collection of War.

Box Office India also tweeted about the bumper openings for Hrithik and Tiger

Film critic, Sumit Kadel, also tweeted about the movie. Sumit gave 4.5 stars to the movie, calling it a "BHAYANKAR BLOCKBUSTER"

The film received mixed reactions from both audiences as well as the critics. These are some reactions from the audience. Some even went on to say that War is being the best action movie in Bollywood has seen ever. On the other hand, Hrithik and Tiger's acting in the movie was also appreciated by audiences.
