Sonam Kapoor
Known for her fashion statement, the Bollywood actor has been a diabetic patient. According to reports, it was when she was 17-years-old. One of the reasons for that was said to be her obesity. As per a source, Sonam has been on medication for several years now and even takes insulin injection daily. She also follows a very strict diet regime, with several small meals throughout the day.
Kamal Haasan
According to reports, the actor suffers from Type-1 diabetes. But that did not stop him and now has turned into an ambassador of the cause. The actor spreads awareness to encourage fellow diabetic to pull efforts and make their life better. As per reports, Kamal does not consume alcohol and dairy products. He practices yoga and is strict when it comes to diet.
Gaurav Kapur
The former Channel V VJ and IPL host Gaurav Kapur was detected with Type 1 diabetes when he was 22, as per several media reports. In an event, Gaurav talked about his problem. He blamed his irregular eating habits, stress and frequent travelling the cause of his disease. He follows a strict diet, avoids alcohol and practices yoga to make sure his blood sugar levels are stable.

Nick Jonas
American singer Nick Jonas opened up about his disease. The actor, who is married to Priyanka Chopra has suffered from Type-1 diabetes. He mentioned that he priorities his physical health works out maintains eating healthy and keeps his blood sugar in check. Below is his post.
