Angelina Jolie felt 'broken' filming 'Maleficent: Mistress of Evil'

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie is about to take over theatres all over the globe, as her upcoming fiction movie 'Maleficent’ is about to release in a few days. However, things have not been going in her favour lately, revealed 44-year-old actress in a recent interview, stating that she had gone through a tough time. 

'I felt broken': Angelina

The actress confessed that due to a few years of difficulty, she wasn’t feeling very strong. In fact, she felt really broken from inside and wasn’t sure if she could act in Maleficent, as a strong villain. She also informed that it took her months to regain the strength of [Maleficent]. According to reports, the Disney film 'Maleficent: Mistress of Evil' marks Jolie's first appearance in a full-length feature in four years.

The Hollywood star also explained how her six children, whom she shares with ex Brad Pitt, refused to appear in the movie. The former couple's 11-year-old daughter, Vivienne played the role of young Aurora in the 2014 original.

Angelina makes public appearance with daughter and son

The previous month, Angelina made a public appearance for the film's red-carpet premiere in Tokyo along with her 14-year-old daughter Zahara and 18-year-old son Maddox. Jolie reunited with her son with whom she reunited with after sending him off to college earlier this year at Yonsei University in South Korea.

Jolie, who is also a mother to daughter Shiloh, 13, and sons Pax, 15, and Knox, 11, expressed how proud she feels of her son. She continued stating that she feels extremely excited as her life expands with her children. She concluded that she loves all her children so much, they mean the world to her and she love the stage too. 'Maleficent: Mistress of Evil' hit the silver screens today. 

It was recently reported that Angelina and Brad, 55, are struggling to reach a financial settlement in their divorce and have asked a judge to give them more time.
