Marvel Studios mammoth venture 'Avengers: Endgame' which was celebrated widely around the world, re-released recently but unlike the first time, fans seem to be disappointed by the extra credit scenes offered by the makers. The film which has hit the theaters yet again, aiming to dethrone James Cameron’s 'Avatar' as the highest grosser of all times reportedly had an unfinished scene of the fan-favorite Hulk, which has left viewers furious.
As per media reports, a scene from the re-release showed a Smart Hulk saving some children from a fire and making a phone call, however, Hulk isn’t properly rendered in the poorly edited clip, in fact, his mouth doesn’t move when he delivers his dialogue. The makers have been trolled widely on social media for the same, as viewers have compared the scene with the infamous CGI upper lip of Superman in 'Justice League', the 2003 Hulk game and worse.
Here's how they have reacted to the post:
'Avengers: Endgame' which is the fourth and final venture of the 'Avengers' franchise released on April 26. Directed by the Russo Brothers, the film is the 22nd installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The grandeur of the film surpassed the expectations of the audience, as they have lauded the project widely on social media and described it with words like 'Epic' and 'Incredible'.
The re-release of the much-celebrated venture which broke several records across the world came as a surprise to the fans when Marvel President Kevin Feige made the announcement of the same in a recent interview. The social media handles of Marvel Studios also confirmed that the film is heading back to the big screen for a theatrical re-release soon after.
Marvel fans around the world are super excited about the Endgame re-release as it promised to have extra-scenes that weren't included in the initial version. The re-release would have also helped the project win the final title of being the highest grosser of all times breaking the record of James Cameron's 2009 venture 'Avatar', which with a collection of over 2.78 billion USD currently holds the position. However, despite a collection of Rs. 5.5 million in ticket sales over the weekend, the project failed to achieve the feat.
The steller star cast of 'Avengers: Endgame' included Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Letitia Wright, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Chris Pratt, Jeremy Renner, Evangeline Lilly, Jon Favreau, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson and Josh Brolin.
