American actor Jeremy Renner appears unruffled amid his custody battle against his ex-wife Sonni Pacheco. The S.W.A.T. actor posted a picture from a jacuzzi on his Twitter the very next day after his battle with the ex-wife and actor Pacheco escalated. With the picture, he wrote a caption saying 'work hard, hydrate, get relief and repeat'. Renner and Pacheco are in a legal battle for the custody of their 6-year-old daughter. In September, Pacheco filed for sole custody of the child with monitored visits for Renner.
Renner accused her of obsession
The Avengers: Endgame actor accused his ex-wife of leaking pictures and being obsessed with his personal life, as reported by foreign media. He claimed that she sent private pictures to their lawyers and the custody evaluator judge. He said that the intention behind it was nothing but to cause him an extreme level of embarrassment. He also accused his former wife once of suffering from some serious psychological disorders. At that time he asked the court to limit the time she spends with Eva till the time she receives the right treatment.
Pacheco alleged that he threated to kill her
Pacheco on October 14 alleged in the court documents that her ex-husband threatened to kill her. She mentioned that once he struck a gun in his mouth and shot towards the roof in the presence of their daughter. She also accused him of drug abuse and leaving drugs at a place where their daughter could access anytime. Renner's lawyer dismissed her claims saying they are just one-sided. "The well-being of his daughter Ava has always been and continues to be the primary focus for Jeremy," his lawyer said. "This is a matter for the court to decide. It's important to note the dramatizations made in Sonni's declaration are a one-sided account made with a specific goal in mind," the lawyer added. The hearing of the case is scheduled on November 7.
