Five Hollywood heist films

Baby Driver

Directed by Edgar Wright the movie stars Ansel Elgort, Kevin Spacey, Jon Hamm, Jamie Foxx, Lily James and Eliza Gonzalez. The story revolves around an orphan baby who is a talented driver. He takes part in heists as a getaway driver for the robbers. However, as he plans to quit is haul and hopes to nail his last job, things go out of control. The perfect soundtrack with each robbery is one of the highlights of the movie.

Fast Five

The fifth part in the famously Fast And Furious series was Fast Five. The movie was multi-starrer with names like Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Dwayne Johnson in lead. The film had action, robbery and of course cars, all which is required for a fast and furious film.

Heat

The movie has one of the biggest stars in Hollywood, Al Pacino and Robert De Niro, facing each other, along with Val Kilmer. The story revolves around a Master criminal who tries to control one of his rogue men, along with planning one last big heist. Meanwhile, Lieutenant Hanna attempts to take them down, while dealing the struggle of his personal life.

Now You See Me

Directed by Louis Leterrier, the story revolves around four illusionists called as four horsemen, who robs money in magic shows. A Federal agent and Interpol detective try to catch and stop them. Thing changes when they reverse a heist and the plot takes a surprising turn in the end. The multi-starrer movie was a success and a second part was made.

The Italian Job

After being betrayed and left for dead in Italy, Charlie Croker and his team plan an elaborate gold heist against their former ally. Directed by F. Gary Gray it was a multi-starrer action-thriller. The movie was an American remake of the 1969 British film with the same name.
