Hollywood megastar Will Smith on Saturday said that his trip to India awakened a new understanding of himself and the world around him.
Taking to his Instagram, Smith shared pictures from his trip to Haridwar. He had visited the holy place to shoot for his Facebook Watch show ‘Will Smith's Bucket List’.
Smith shared pictures of himself where he is seen diving into the spiritual mood of India with a caption saying,
“My Grandmother used to say ‘God Teaches through Experience’”.
The actor further added how his travel to India has made him experience the country's beautiful colours, people and natural beauty in return adding to his understanding of his true self. He explains how becoming so close to this spiritual land had let him explore the truths of the world.

In a series of pictures and videos, Smith is seen indulging in the true culture and tradition of India on the ghats, including that of the Ganga Aarti.
The Men-In-Black actor has also shared picturesque views of Haridwar along with the lively spirit of the people belonging from the region.
Known for his charming character, he is also seen interacting with one of the priests of the temples there.
For an episode, titled "Will Smith's Bucketlist: Bollywood Dancing", Smith shot a Bollywood dance sequence, which he said, was a dream come true for him.
In his latest India tour, the actor also roamed around in an autorickshaw across the busy streets of Mumbai and got some dance lessons from actor Ranveer Singh and filmmaker Karan Johar. Smith's dance sequence will also feature in Johar's upcoming production "Student of the Year 2".
This was not the Hollywood star's first visit to the country. In 2017, Smith had come to Mumbai for the promotion of Netflix film "Bright". He also visited New Delhi for a conclave.
