Actor Jason Momoa, who shot to fame with his performance in Aquaman and Game of Thrones has said that anything in his life is possible because he got to marry the 'girl of his dreams'. While speaking to a US magazine, the actor mentioned his longtime marriage to American actress Lisa Bonet, and that he always goes after his dreams, which included marrying the 51-year-old, who he said was literally his childhood crush. Though Bonet is about 11 years older than Momoa, the two have been together for 14 years and Momoa knew he wanted to be with her from a young age. As per reports, Momoa fell in love with The Cosby Show actress when he was just 8 years old and he saw her on TV.
Momoa's childhood love come true
"I was like, 'Mommy, I want that one. I'm like, 'I'm going to stalk you for the rest of my life and I'm going to get you. I'm a full-fledged stalker. I didn't tell her that until we had two babies, otherwise, I'd be creepy and weird. But yeah, I'd just always wanted to meet her. She was a queen, always," Momoa said in a 2017 interview.
The actor's love for his wife seems to be unperturbed over these many years which is evident in his public statements. He said in the interview that marring Lisa is one of his major accomplishments. He stated that anything is possible because an 8-year-old child's crush became his wife. As per earlier reports, the two started dating in 2005 after being introduced by mutual friends at a jazz club and married 12 years later in 2017. After two years of their marriage, they now have two children, daughter Lola Iolani and son Nakoa-Wolf Manakauapo Namakaeha.
Momoa's fondness for his stepdaughter
Momoa is reportedly also close to Bonet's third child Zoe Kravitz. Following this, the Big Little Lies actor commented on her step father's post that the two are now part of the DC Extended Universe.
