Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston has taken Instagram by storm since her debut on the social media platform. She is clearly enjoying her time on Instagram and has been answering a number of fan questions about her time on the hit sitcom Friends. Instagram users rushed to follow her account when she joined it three days ago. She has since begun interacting with her fans after posting her first photo, which showed her reunited with former Friends co-stars Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer and Courteney Cox.
Aniston answered a major question
One of the earliest and perhaps biggest questions came from a fan who wanted to know what Aniston thought had happened to Ross and Rachel. “Well,” Aniston replied. “We’re on a break.” Her reply was in the reference to the noted excuse by Schwimmer’s character Ross Geller, who cheated on Rachel only to repeatedly claim “we were on a break!” when he was called out for it. Ross and Rachel's on-off romance became extremely popular even as the series was still ongoing, with the tenth and final series ending in a reunion between the couple.
On the professional front:
Jennifer Aniston will both star in and executive produce Apple TV+'s original series 'The Morning Show', which debuts on November 1. The show will take viewers through the dynamics of a news programme that is faced with sexual misconduct allegations against one of its hosts."Acting and at the same time producing was intense for Jen," People quoted a source.
Aniston is teaming up with her co-star Reese Witherspoon, who guest-starred on 'Friends' as her bratty younger sister, Jill, in 2000. The actresses pitched the idea of the show to Apple back in 2017, but the direction took a completely different turn when the #MeToo movement began. Suddenly, a fictional show became anything but unrealistic. In the series, Aniston's character, Alex Levy, is forced to address the nation after her co-host Mitch Kessler (Steve Carell) is fired following allegations of sexual misconduct.
