'Long live the King': Warner Bros all set to unleash the beast, announces the release date of 'Godzilla 2: King Of The Monsters'
Warner Bros. is all set to unleash the beast as they took to Twitter on Thursday, April 18 and announced the release date of much-anticipated Hollywood venture 'Godzilla: King of Monsters'.
Warner Bros. is all set to unleash the beast as they took to Twitter on Thursday, April 18 and announced the release date of much-anticipated Hollywood venture 'Godzilla: King of Monsters'. The production house took to Twitter and revealed that the film is all set to hit the theatres on May 31, 2019. Sharing a new poster of the film they wrote, "Long live the King. #GodzillaMovie – in theatres May 31."

The trailer of the film released last year, which showed humans around the world is panic-stricken as these monsters or so-called titans have overtaken the Earth. Touted to be creatures that have been on the planet since time immemorial they are- Mothra, a giant moth, Rodan and of course Godzilla's arch-enemy, King Ghidorah, the three-headed dragon. The trailer shows leaders of the world coming together in a meeting as they figure out which of these monsters are on their side. As is clear from the previous film, it is Godzilla of course who is inclined to help the humans.

Meanwhile, Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh in a Twitter post confirmed that the Hollywood venture will be releasing in several Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Godzilla is one of the most famous monsters in Hollywood. After early 2000s versions became a runaway success, the film saw a reboot in 2014. This was followed by 'Kong: Skull Island' which was based in the same universe. At the end of the film, it was revealed that there are a lot more monsters in the world.
