Paddy McGuinness & Peter Kay may return with all new 'Phoenix Nights'

The host of the 'Take Me Out' show told that Peter Kay and the entire crew of the most hilarious comic series 'Phoenix Nights' can make a comeback after 2002.

The host of the Take Me Out show told that Peter Kay and the entire crew of the most hilarious comic series Phoenix Nights can make a comeback after the show was first broadcast in 2002. The news is certainly a shock for the fans of Phoenix Nights. Moreover, after a long time, they might see the duo, Peter Kay and Paddy McGuinness, sharing the same screen. 

Another season of Phoenix Nights 

Paddy McGuinness told an international daily that, the show received a great response and gathered huge fan following but it was back in 2002. He hinted that the show might make a comeback very soon in Bolton. He further added that he is gathering everyone and confirmed that the entire crew is ready to launch another season of Phoenix Nights

A brief history

Peter Kay, who had been rarely seen after the show concluded said that  McGuinness is adamant about doing another show. McGuinness said that whenever everyone comes together, there is always discussion about returning to Phoenix Nights. The show completed two successful seasons at the beginning of its prime days. The show was written by Peter Kay, Neil Fitzmaurice and Dave Spikey. The show was a grand success, which was based on the dream of Brain Potter to own a club. Phoenix Club, which was the third club to his name became a success in the city of Bolton. The characters of the Phoenix club depicted loose characters and were comic in their nature.

The huge success celebration

After the huge success of the show, it became a classic cult. The entire crew celebrated the success by selling the Manchester Arena, at the same time raised £5m funds for Comic Relief. The Comic show was also broadcast on the big screen for five nights and around 15,000 people attended the event. There were hints from Peter Kay in the past that the upcoming season of Phoenix Nights has already been drafted and might hit the screens soon.
