Pom Klementieff, 'Mantis' from 'Guardians of Galaxy' joins Mission Impossible 7& 8
Pom Klementieff who previously starred as Mantis in Guardians of Galaxy and Avengers has joined the Mission Impossible star for its seventh and eight films.

Pom Klementieff has previously worked in Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers movies as Mantis. Pom Klementieff joins Mission Impossible
The Avengers Endgame was the last instalment of the Avengers franchise. All the notable cast members and the supporting cast are now working on their individual projects. The latest addition to this brigade is Pom Klementieff. Pom Klementieff has joined the Mission Impossible star cast for its seventh and eighth instalments. Pom played the role of Mantis in Guardians of Galaxy Vol 2 and Avengers.

Writer and director of the Mission Impossible seventh and eighth Christopher McQuarrie made an official announcement about Pom Klementieff joining the Mission Impossible cast on his Instagram. In his announcement Christopher posed a question to his followers by asking them how do you say femme fatale in French? He posted a picture of Klementieff along with the caption and added a hashtag of MI78. Pom Klementieff responded to the director’s post by uploading the same picture. She tagged Christopher in the caption and said, ‘Mischief Accepted #MI78’.

Pom Klementieff joined the cast of Mission Impossible seven and eight alongside fellow MCU actor Hayley Atwell. Hayley Atwell is famously known for her Marvel Character Agent Carter. Tom Cruise will be reprising his role as Ethan Hunt in the new instalments. Christopher McQuarrie as mentioned earlier will be directing the seventh and eighth franchise. Christopher has previously directed the Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation that released in 2015 and Mission Impossible: Fallout that released last year. Fallout was the highest-grossing film of the MI franchise and according to a leading media portal’s report grossed $791.1 million globally. Paramount Pictures has also announced that the seventh instalment will be releasing on July 23, 2021, and the eighth instalment of Mission Impossible will be releasing on August 5, 2022.
