The current season of the show The Crown just released November 17, 2019. Fans have been looking forward to the exciting new season after the fascinating past seasons. The historical drama is based on the life of Queen Elizabeth II and how she came into power. The show is created and written by Peter Morgan. The TV show is an adaption of Peter's film The Queen and stage play The Audience.
The plot of the series started with Queen Elizabeth's marriage to Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. The marriage took place in 1947. Furthermore, the second season is about the Sinai War which happened in the year 1956. As time passes by The Crown cast keeps changing and the same thing is happening in the current season.

There are a few stars who are being replaced in the current season. The list includes: Claire Foy, Matt Smith and Vanessa Kirby with Olivia Colman, Tobias Menzies and Helena Bonham Carter respectively. The queen will face a lot of challenges this season and the weight of the crown will feel a bit heavier for her.
