The third season of The Crown began streaming on Netflix on November 17, 2019. The highly acclaimed show follows the life and rule of Queen Elizabeth II, the current constitutional monarch of the UK. The first season began with the depiction of the Queen's early reign up to 1955 and the show is planned to go on for six seasons until it reaches the present day. The first two seasons of the show had actor Claire Foy play the role of young Queen Elizabeth II. While Olivia has had several prominent roles in film, including a role in the highly popular film Murder on the Orient Express, her main medium of acting is television. She has featured in a multitude of highly acclaimed TV shows includes the British version of The Office, Doctor Who, and the 2018 remake of Watership Down. She has also won several awards for her career, including an Academy Award for best actress for her role in the movie The Favourite.
