Korean boy band Bangtan Sonyeodan, popularly known as BTS, released a new version of their song ‘Make it Right’ at 2:30 pm IST. The song is a part of their album – Map of the Soul: Persona, and features the American singer, Lauv. BTS released Map of the Soul: Persona earlier this year on April 12. BigHit, the company which manages BTS, and Lauv, confirmed the collaboration on their official Twitter handles on October 17.

BTS: Recent works and popularity in India
Kim Namjoon, Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi, Jung Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, and Jeon Jungkook are the seven members of the internationally acclaimed K-pop boy group. Their albums, Hwa Yong Yeon Hwa and Wings gained them international acclaim and fame. BTS is the only Korean band to have performed at the Billboard Music Awards and the American Music Awards. Their official music video for their song Boy With Luv (feat. Halsey) holds the record for the highest number of views on YouTube within 24 hours, with 73 million views. BTS has a lot of fan following in India. For Park Jimin's birthday on October 13, ARMY, BTS's fanbase, showered the BTS vocal and main dancer with lots of love. For the first time, an artist occupied all the top 20 trending hashtags on Twitter. He even trended a day before his birthday, when he mentioned India while conducting a live chat session on the app VLive, an OTT platform which features shows and videos from various k-pop artists like BTS. Indian BTS fans also call themselves Desimy or DesiARMY on social media sites.
