South Korea hit BTS shares soar in trading debut

Big Hit Entertainment, the management agency of K-Pop star BTS made its stock market debut on Thursday morning. Chairman of Big Hit Entertainment, Bang Si-hyuk, said the company will achieve continuous growth in the global market by endlessly working to discover innovative business models, in his speech during the listing ceremony.

Big Hit Entertainment stock opened at 270,000 Korean won (USD 236) from its initial offering price at 135,000 won (USD 118).
