Moothon trailer: Traversing through the dark lanes of Mumbai

After enthralling the audiences with her National Award-winning film, Liar's Dice, director Geetu Mohandas is ready to daunt the audiences with her new movie. The movie, titled Moothon, is a bilingual starring Nivin Pauly and Sobhita Dhulipala in lead roles. The forthcoming movie narrates the tale of a man in search of his brother.

The movie, set in Mumbai and Lakshwadeep Island, narrates the tale of a boy in search of his brother. The trailer of Moothon starts with Nivin Pauly coming to the frame from a dingy lane of Kammathipura. The director aces in capturing the underbelly of Mumbai. The trailer introduces the character of Nivin Pauly, called as 'Bhai', a local goon in Kammathipura. The bilingual will be released in Malayalam and Hindi. Moothon also features Roshan Mathews, Shashank Arora alongside Nivin Pauly and Sobhita Dhulipala.

The movie marks the unique collaboration of Kerala and Bollywood. It has been co-produced by Anurag Kashyap, Ajay G. Rai of Jar Pictures. Moothon recently premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. Allegedly the movie's cliffhanger climax was a topic of discussion. Reportedly Moothon is the opening movie of the upcoming Mumbai Film Festival.
