With just two weeks remaining until the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2023 begins, the event's official anthem, Dil Jashn Bole, has been unveiled. This anthem is the product of a collaboration between Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh and music composer Pritam.

The anthem titled Dil Jashn Bole takes cricket fans on an enchanting journey through India aboard the One Day Express, offering a unique and unprecedented celebration ahead of the largest Cricket World Cup in history. The music combines traditional Indian instruments with an international flair, aiming to capture the emotions of cricket enthusiasts worldwide.

Ranveer Singh on being part of the anthem

Ranveer Singh, who is an avid cricket follower expressed his honour at being part of the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2023 anthem launch. He described it as a celebration of the sport that millions love.

"As a part of the Star Sports family and a die-hard cricket fan, being part of this anthem launch for the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2023 is truly an honour. It's a celebration of the sport we all love," he said. 

Pritam on crafting Dil Jashn Bole

Pritam, on the other hand, shared that crafting Dil Jashn Bole for the biggest World Cup ever was a tremendous honour for him. He emphasised that the song isn't just for India's 1.4 billion cricket fans but is an invitation to the entire world to come to India and participate in this monumental celebration.

"Cricket is India's greatest passion and composing 'Dil Jashn Bole' for the biggest World Cup ever, has been a tremendous honour for me. This song is not just for 1.4 billion Indian fans but for the whole world to come to India and be a part of the biggest celebration ever," he said at the anthem launch event.
