Viewers were taken to surprise as British daytime TV show 'This Morning' featured the live wedding of a woman and her dog on Tuesday. As per media reports, guest Elizabeth Hoad was seen exchanging vows with her pet golden retriever, Logan, live on air. The bizarre ceremony officiated by Alison Hammond which saw an emotional Elizabeth walking down the aisle in a white dress accompanied by Eamonn Holmes as the bemused.

From exchanging doggy vows to Elizabeth trying a bracelet in Logan's paw instead of a ring, the ceremony reportedly was an absolute traditional affair. The pet owner was heard making vows of 'daily walkies' and sofa cuddles, instead of usual 'i dos'.

Elizabeth Hoad has given up on men and so decided to marry her golden retriever instead. The bride then confirmed their union with a kiss on the mouth for Logan, who licked her face in return.

Elizabeth who had earlier appeared in the show had said that she gave up on men after four failed engagements and 221 dates, and thus decided to spend her life with her one loyal companion.
