Ekta Kapoor Congratulates Sakshi Tanwar For Her New Role As A Mother

Popular film and television actress Sakshi Tanwar has recently adopted a baby girl and named her Dityaa. The actress' family seems to be overwhelmed with the arrival of the nine months old as Sakshi's brother, Rajeev Singh Tanwar shared a complete family picture on Twitter where the 'Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki' actress can be seen holding her baby. He captioned the post saying, "Welcoming the littlest member of our family #DityaaSinghTanwar @prithukeerti @MAMTARAJIVSINGH @Seema0303 @rajanstanwar"

Following the same, Sakshi's close friend Ekta Kapoor congratulated the actress for her new role as Dityaa's mother. Kapoor took to Instagram and shared a picture with Sakshi. She captioned it saying, "Bade ache lagte hai... Ye Sakshi Ye Priya Ye Parvati aur ( dityas) MOM! To u n ur princess have a wonderful journey ! #dityasmom"

Sakshi has worked with Ekta in several ventures like 'Bade Achche Lagte Hai' and 'Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki' where her names were Priya and Parvati respectively. She rose to fame with the television soap 'Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki' produced by Balaji Telefilms, which is headed by Ekta Kapoor.  Post the successful long run of the show, which lasted nearly 13 years, Sakshi played the role of Priya Kapoor in the show 'Bade Acche Lagte Hai' opposite actor Ram Kapoor.

Recently, Sakshi made her silver screen debut in 2016 film 'Dangal' where she played the role of the mother of four daughters. Even though she had limited screen time, her role was highly appreciated by the audience and the critics.

Sakshi is overwhelmed to welcome Dityaa in her life. In an interview post the adoption, Sakshi reportedly said that with the blessings of her parents and the support of her family she has adopted a baby girl, who will soon turn nine months old. She further said that she is delighted to share her happiness with everyone as she welcomes this bundle of joy into her life. Terming it as the greatest moment of her life, she said that she and her family are elated to embrace Dityaa. The actress said that Dityaa is the answer to all her prayers and she is blessed to have her in her life.
