KBC 11: Amitabh Bachchan gets emotional after listening to Marietta Medins' life story

Kaun Banega Crorepati, currently hosted by megastar Amitabh Bachchan, has been widely famous since its inception. The show is in its 11th season and has proven to be a great success in India. KBC is considered to be a great platform where citizens from different states in India also share their inspirational stories before playing the game.

Amitabh Bachchan gets emotional on hearing contestant Marietta Medins' story

This was Amitabh Bachchan’s 64th episode of KBC which he hosted yesterday. The megastar began last night's episode with the contestant, Marietta Medins on the hot seat. Marietta Medins won a sum of INR, 3,20,000. Khusbhoo Tiwar continued in the game by winning an amount of INR 5,000. During the show, Marietta Medins shared an emotional story of her life. Marietta told Big B that her childhood was traumatic, and she was sent to an orphanage by her parents. After that, she was again adopted by an aristocratic family from the orphanage.

Further, she stated in the episode that after a certain period of time, her adopted family also disowned her. Amitabh Bachchan got emotional while listening to Marietta Medin's story and said that Marietta is not alone and the whole KBC family is with her in this hour of grief.

Yesterday’s episode in which Chandan Kumar of Jharkhand who was seated on the hot seat, won an amount of INR.1,60,000. Another contestant, Sarabjit Makkar, who hails from Lucknow, won an amount of INR 10,000. It is also known that in the last episode, Sarabjit had two lifelines left with him. But, when he chose the audience poll lifeline, the public gave the wrong answer due to which Sarabjit Makkar was out of the show, even though he had played a great game. The ending alarm of the show rang, and the game ended with Amitabh Bachchan thanking the experts for the episode.
