The show has a strong fan base in the country. The first season of Dance Plus aired in 2015. Raghav Juyal has been hosting the show since the very first season. The super judge of the reality show is Remo D’Souza. The other mentors on the show are Dharmesh Yelande, Punit Pathak, Suresh Mukund, and Karishma Chavan. Hip-Hop
Hip-Hop has influenced many countries over the years. It has a strong influence on dance culture over the world. The dance style is usually choreographed as per the hip-hop music. The first dance associated with hip-hop was breakdancing.
Contemporary
Contemporary dance form requires strong legwork and coordination. An unexpected flow of changes in the rhythm and pace is often experienced in this dance form. It also has few dance elements from the African dance forms and it strongly requires multiple and simultaneous actions. It is one of the most famous dance forms in western countries.
B-Boying
B-Boying is also referred to as breakdancing. It is usually seen performed on the streets and gains attention for its off-beat moves. The modern music trends have introduced a lot of variety to b-boying that gives many choices to all the dancers. It is famous in many countries like Brazil, Cambodia, U.S.A, Canda, France, Japan and many more. The four most important dance elements in it are Toprock, Downrock, Power moves, and Freeze.
Popping
Popping was earlier performed to the tunes of funk and club music but the evolved music scenario explored many options. It requires contraction in the muscles to create a jerking effect in the body. Specific body parts are used to perform this dance form, such as arm, leg, chest, and neck.
