Television actor Shweta Tiwari has been in the news lately for opening up about her troubled marriage with Abhinav Kohli. She has finally come clean on the topic and so has her daughter, Palak Tiwari. The actor is also all set to make her comeback on the Indian television screens after three years.

In a recent interview with a leading national daily, Shweta Tiwari revealed that her daughter Palak Tiwari has plans to enter the industry but she wants to first complete her education. She said that her daughter knows how the industry functions through her experiences. Palak Tiwari has seen how Shweta combatted various struggles and still made it to her shoots on time despite every problem.
While talking about the difference between acting now with her three-year-old son at home and when she had her first child, Palak, Shweta revealed that she hardly caught up on Palak’s growing stage since she had to resume shooting for her show, Kasautii Zindagi Kay. She said that she missed out on almost every first new thing of her daughter like losing her first tooth, her first step, etc. She said she is glad to be returning to television after a hiatus.
Shweta Tiwari said that her parents took care of Palak during the entire time her daughter was growing up. She said that she missed Palak’s entire childhood, including her school events. Hence Shweta decided that when her son was born, she would stay by his side for the entire time and watch him grow. She said that she did not want to take up any projects until he was able to walk.
Shweta Tiwari plays the role of a woman who is the epitome of optimism and meets a grumpy widower who has a daughter in the upcoming show, Mere Dad Ki Dulhan. While talking about the mature love story, she said that there are instances of such stories still existing in society and of people finding love in their 40s. She said that societal pressure makes people hide these things as they do not wish to be judged by others. She also wishes that the show will help people come out and embrace their relationships.
