Diljit Dosanjh will perform in the National Capital on October 26 and October 27. Huge crowds are expected at the gig taking place at the venue Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.  With gates opening at 5:30 pm, the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, which has a capacity of over 60,000 seats, is expected to be packed with fans eager to witness the unparalleled energy and star power of one of India’s most beloved artists.

Roads to avoid In Delhi because of Diljit Dosanjh concert 
 

Ahead of the shows, the Delhi Traffic Police issued an advisory on Friday for the general public. Delhi police have asked the public to stay away from B.P. Marg, Lodhi Road, Lala Lajpat Rai Marg, and nearby roads from 4 pm to 11 pm. Heavy vehicle restrictions will also be in place from JLN Stadium Red Light to B.P. Marg during the same time on both days.

Diljit Dosanjh's concert coincided with the Diwali rush in the National Capital. Days ahead of the festival, people step out of their houses to distribute gifts and meet family members. Amid this, increased traffic is affected on the roads of Delhi because of Diljit's concert. It is advised for attendees to opt for public transport or plan in advance if travelling privately.

Metro stations near JLN: To avoid traffic, people can reach the venue through the metro easily. They can either take the Violet or Pink Line. The closest stops to the stadium are - Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, Sunehari Pulla Depot, Jangpura, Central School Lodhi Colony, C.G.O.Complex, Pant Nagar, and the Lajpat Nagar.
