In a “Ask me anything” session during an IMDb interview, Abhishek Bachchan spoke about the most challenging day on set. The Guru actor recalled that the first day of the shoot was the most difficult for him, as it would be the first time the audience would have seen his character in the film. A video of the actor talking about this is doing rounds on the internet.
Confessing the most challenging scene, he said, “My most challenging day on set was my first day when we shot in Pune.” He then added that the first scene he had to was the one where he goes to Saiyami Kher at the net. He then said, “If I was asked to do that scene again, I’d probably not do the film. It was a highly emotional scene, which took a lot out of me.”

In an interview with Free Press Journal, the actor spoke about releasing the film in theatres. He was asked if he thought it is a ‘risk’ to release in theatres, which he denied. He said, “If you make a good film, then it will work in cinemas. There’s no rocket science to it.” He also added that there are times when the biggest actors are not able to bring it good opening numbers.
