Ajay Devgn was last seen in the 2019 film De De Pyaar De which did decently well at the box-office with a collection of about Rs 95 crores. The 50-year-old actor is widely appreciated by the critics and masses alike for his acting and versatility. The actor is famous for his work in films like Dilwale, Phool Aur Kaante, The Legend of Bhagat Singh among others. Another factor that the Singham actor is famous for is his fitness. The fact that the actor is able to maintain his well-cut muscles at this age, stuns many fitness enthusiasts.

Diet
Ajay Devgn is reportedly a huge fan of homemade food. The actor hence opts for salads and healthy low-fat food. He went through rigorous changes in his diet plans when he landed with the lead role in the film Singham. As reported in a leading daily, the actor takes protein supplements for strength and endurance. He is allegedly very disciplined about his diet and workout schedule. He had even said in an interview that healthy bodies are not made in the gym, but are made in the kitchen.

In a conference at the Mumbai Comic Con, Ajay Devgn said that he does his “prime workout” every day. He also said that he is a strong believer in outdoor sports. According to him, everyone should get out and get tough. He said that workout need not always happen at the gym and a walk or any physical activity works. He also said that kids should go out and play and that that is the way to keep their bodies strong in the long run.
Ajay Devgn seems to have his calendar full for the year 2020. The actor will be starring in Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior, Turram Khan and Bhuj: The Pride of India. Bhuj: The pride of India is based on the life of IAF squadron leader Vijay Karnik Who played a significant role in the 1971 war between India and Pakistan by reconstructing a destroyed IAF airship with the help of 300 women. The film will also feature Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, and Parineeti Chopra.
