Akshay Kumar and Nitara visit Shillim to celebrate Betty's birthday

Actor Akshay Kumar and his wife, actor Twinkle Khanna are in Shillim to celebrate Twinkle's grandmother, Betty Kapadia's birthday. While the actor was spotted in pictures posted by his wife, he took to Instagram and posted photos of his morning walk with his 7-year-old daughter, Nitara. They can be seen walking into a small hut.

The father-daughter duo walked into the hut, which belonged to an old couple, for some water and were treated to "delicious gur-roti" by the couple. Akshay was overwhelmed by their gesture as he captioned the pictures that "being kind costs nothing and means everything". This memorable escapade, he says, is a moral lesson for his young daughter.

Housefull 4 hit a century at the box office on Monday with a collection of ₹19 crore on its first day and a whopping ₹109 crore until Tuesday. The film also stars Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda, Chunky Panday, Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde, and Riteish Deshmukh. He is now all set for his next film, Good Newwz, along with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani which is scheduled to release on December 27, 2019.
