Alia Bhatt shares BTS pictures from the sets of Sadak 2

On September 20, 2018, Alia Bhatt announced her new Bollywood project, Sadak 2, through her Instagram. The movie directed by Mahesh Bhatt will have an ensemble cast consisting of Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur. Sadak 2 is touted to be the sequel to the 1991 hit movie Sadak. Here is the short teaser released by the Kalank actor.

Alia Bhatt's upcoming movies 

On the professional front, Alia Bhatt recently finished the shooting of Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra. Produced by Karan Johar, the movie is slated to release next year. Meanwhile, the actor is currently busy preparing for her role in Karan Johar's magnum opus Takht. Touted to be a historical drama, the movie, has an ensemble cast consisting of Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor. Reportedly, the movie is based on the family feud between Mughul Emperors Aurangazeb and Dara Shukoh for the inheritance of the throne.
