Amitabh thanked the late business leader and his family for their contribution to the nation’s progress. Remembering his association with Dhirubhai Ambani, Bachchan revealed that the late business magnate helped him during his difficult times. Bachchan confessed that Dhirubhai had once offered to lend Amitabh Bachchan money, as the actor’s production house had shut down then. Amitabh Bachchan revealed that he declined the offer, but was moved by his generosity. An emotional Amitabh shared some of his fondest memories and business associations with Dhirubhai Ambani.
