November 12, 2019 marks Gabbar aka Amjad Khan’s 79th birth anniversary. He is one of those villains in the Hindi Film industry who gave many sleepless nights. Gabbar's famous dialogues like “Kitne aadmi the?” and “…Maa kehti hai so Jaa Warna Gabbar aa jaayega” from Sholay still send chills down the spine when we watch the film. His deadly performance in Sholay overshadowed Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, Hema Malini, Jaya Bachchan, and others in the film. Amjad Khan also took up many other spectacular roles in Hindi cinema but gained popularity for his villain avatar primarily.
