Ayushmann Khurrana on working with Big-B: "I am the most fortunate"

Amitabh Bachchan has been ruling hearts of his fans since decades now. Ayushmann Khurrana, meanwhile, has created a niche for himself in the country with his back-to-back blockbuster films. The two exceptionally talented actors are now coming together in a movie for the very first time. Ayushmann and Amitabh will be seen in their upcoming flick Gulabo Sitabo. 

Ayushmann Khurrana on working with Big B

Andhadhun actor Ayushmann recently took to Twitter to write about how privileged he felt to work with Amitabh Bachchan in Gulabo Sitabo. He also called Big B a 'living legend'. Furthermore in an interview, Ayushmann Khurrana said that every time Amitabh came for the shoot, he carried the label of perfection along with him. That made him really nervous. He added that Gulabo Sitabo will add a feather to his cap as he shared the screen with 'Bachchan Sir'. He took to his Twitter to share his feelings about the same.

Ayushmann Khurrana and Amitabh Bachchan’s movie ‘Gulabo Sitabo’

Shoojit Sircar’s directorial Gulabo Sitabo is a quirky family drama, where Amitabh will play the character of an old man. Shoojit has already worked with Amitabh in Piku and Ayushmann in Vicky Donor. Reportedly, Shoojit analysed Gulabo Sitabo’s script with Juhi Chaturvedi (writer of the film) and shared the details with Amitabh and Khurrana on the very same day. The cast of the film wrapped their shooting for Gulabo Sitabo in July. The movie is slated to release on April 24, 2020.

Ayushmann Khurrana's recent release Dream Girl successfully entered the 100 crores club. Meanwhile, the actor has wrapped up shooting for Bala. Bala is an upcoming film featuring the story a man who balds prematurely.

Amitabh Bachchan is now gearing up for his next release Jhund, and Sye Ra Narasimha Reddy which is just around the corner. Sye Ra Narasimha Reddy is hitting the screens on October 2.
